In this paper, the ingredient of different chemical types of the Cinnamomum camphora in jiangxi was analysed. The essential oils from camphor tree branches and leaves was extracted by homemade water vapor distillation device. Through the GC method, the component properties was analysed and the content of linalool in essential oils was measured. The highest content of linalool was XX09, the content was 95.61%. The second was AF006, the content was 94.57%. The third was WY016, the content was 94.43%. Then the linalool samples was purified to 97.24% by vacuum distillation.Orthogonal experiment was designed by experimental indexes of antibacterial activity to optimize formula of linalool antibacterial astringent as follows(mass percentage): purification of linalool (homemade, GC content is 97.24%) was 0.15-0.20%, solubilizer was 0.3%, coconut oleic acid glyceride was 1.0%,1,2-propylene glycol was 5.0%, sodium hyaluronate was 0.05%, allantoin was 0.2%, glycerol was 5%, deionized water to 100%. And the optimized formula of linalool antibacterial emulsion was obtained after orthogonal experiment by experimental indexes of stability of the product and single factor experiment of different concentrations of linalool bacteriostatic activity as follows (mass percentage): purification of linalool (homemade, GC content is 97.24%) was 0.15-0.20%, cetanol-octadecanol was 4.5%, castor oil was 2.5%, lanolin was 3.5%, ethylene glycol monoethyl fat was 4.5%, Tween-80 was 2.2%, Span-85 was 0.8%, allantoin was 0.2%, BHT was 0.05%, VE was 0.2%, EDTA was 0.05%, glycerol was 8.0%, Carbopo1940 was 0.4%, styrene was 0.8%, deionized water to 100%. Finally, orthogonal experiment was designed by experimental indexes of substrate integrated look to optimize formula of linalool antibacterial hand sanitizer as follows(mass percentage):purification of linalool (homemade, GC content is 97.24%) was 0.15-0.20%, Carbopo1940 was 3.0%, triethanolamine was 0.8%,99% ethanol or deionized water to 100%. And the products was obtained in accordance with the related process.According to the industry standard QB/T2660-2004, QB/T2286-1997, QB/T1645-2004, QB/T1994-2004, QB/T2654-2004, antibacterial, emulsion and the detergent (facial cleanser, bath foam, hand sanitizer) were tested under the conditions of high temperature, low temperature and long-time storage, respectively. The results showed that the samples were not sediment, the pH value was 6 to 7.5 without obvious change, and the concentration of linalool didn’t decline. They are not irritant to human body or any adverse reaction.The results of the determination of the amount of bacteria in the samples show that internal bacteria quantity of samples was accord with standard asked after saved 1 day,7 days,14 days,28 days and 60 days respectively under the environment that temperature was 20±5℃ and relative humidity was 55±5%. It illustrated that the bacteriostatic action of linalool meet the cosmetics health standards.The results of the experiment of the antibacterial activity for outside bacteria of samples show that the bacteriostasis of samples slightly weakened after saved 0 months,3 months and 6 months respectively under the environment that temperature was 20±5℃ and relative humidity was 55±5%. The reason was likely that the content of linalool decreased. But after 6 months, the bacteriostatic action on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus reached the basic standard requirements.
