Preparation of metal oxide polyimide composite films were synthesized by ion-exchange method and characterized by XRF, XRD, SEM and TG.Meanwhile, the degradation of methylene blue(MB) was investigated under Uv lamp to test the photocatalytic activity of the composite PI films with different metal-doped concentration and sintered at different temperature and time.(1)The results show that when sintered temperature is 410℃, sintered time is 4 hours,n(Sn2+): n(Zn2+) = 4:1 and the ion-exchange solution concentration is 0.3mol / L, the degradation rate of MB have reached to 96% at 254 nm Uv lamp after 6 hours.(2) The results show that when sintered temperature is 480℃, sintered time is 4 hours, n(Sn2+): n(Cr3+) = 1:9 and the ion-exchange solution concentration is 0.1mol / L, the degradation rate of MB have reached to95% at 254 nm Uv lamp after 6 hours.(3) The results show that when the time of KOH(0.4mol/L)treatment is 0.5h, sintered temperature is 480℃, sintered time is 4 hours, ion-exchange solution of Ce3+ concentration is 0.5mol / L, the degradation rate of MB have reached to 95.5% at 254 nm Uv lamp after 6 hours.(4) The results show that when the time of KOH(0.4mol/L) treatment is3 h, sintered temperature is 440℃, sintered time is 4 hours, n(Ce3+): n(Fe3+) = 3:7 and the ion-exchange solution concentration is 0.25 mol / L, the degradation rate of MB have reached to93% at 254 nm Uv lamp after 6 hours.(5) The results show that when sintered temperature is440℃, sintered time is 3 hours, ion-exchange solution of Cu2+ concentration is 0.4mol / L, the degradation rate of MB have reached to 96% at 254 nm Uv lamp after 6 hours.
