| In the plating process, the Sn2+in plating solution mainly comes from tin dissolved system and tin dissolved efficiency is important for the entire electroplating process. Only with the presence of oxygen, tin dissolved reaction can be carried out. Also because of oxygen, Sn2+in plating solution will be easily oxidized and tin sludge will be formed. Tin sludge in plating solution will be harmful for equipment and coating’s quality. Thus, improving tin dissolved efficiency and reducing the production of tin sludge has important practical significanceAnalysis the consistence of tin sludge through methods such as SEMã€XRD and FI-TR, it proves that tin sludge is mainly consist of Sn, O. According to the proportion of Sn and O, tin sludge’s molecular formula is SnO2·2H2O. According to the tin dissolved system in factory, an experimental device of tin dissolved system was developed and tin dissolved experiments were carried out. In the experiments, the effects of tin dissolved parameter and Fe2+ concentration on tin dissolved efficiency and tin sludge was studied and appropriate tin dissolved parameter is determined. The experiments proved that oxygen flow determined the efficiency of tin dissolved efficiency and the generation of tin sludge, when the oxygen flow is 24L/h, tin dissolved efficiency will reach 120g/h with 2kg weight of tin grain; With the increases of plating solution’s temperature, circular flow and pressure, tin dissolved efficiency will be improved, but when the temperature is 45℃, the circular flow is 3.2m3/h, the pressure is 0.6Mpa,the generation rate of tin sludge will reach the lowest point. Do some tin dissolved experiments with different concentration of Fe2+, it proved that the higher of Fe2+ concentration, the higher of tin sludge’s generation rate. Controlling Fe2+ concentration within 6g/L, it will greatly reduce the tin sludge’s generation rate. |
