Mechanochemistry is a hot subject which conforms to the modern Green Chemistry idea. The traditional solution method needs to consume a large amount of solvent, to a certain extent, it will cause the residual and environmental pollution. However, mechanical chemical method shows good advantages such as reducing the amount of solvent, simple operation, high efficiency, and can easily obtaining the product which is hard to get through the traditional solution way.We used carbamazepine (CBZ),2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DBA), 1-naphthalene acid (NA) and 9-anthracene acid (AC) as the starting materials to screen the formation of cocrystal obtaining the following:(1) Screening and controlled synthesis of carbamazepine and 2, 3-dihydroxybenzoic acid in different molar ratio by solid state grinding. (CBZ)1(DBA)1-Cocrystal A was obtained in the stoichiometric ratio of 1:1 by solid grinding method and traditional solvent evaporation method. The cocrystal has rot solvent molecules; according to the stoichiometric ratio of 2:1 by solid grinding method and traditional solvent evaporation method (CBZ)2(DBA)1-Cocrystal B and (CBZ)2(DBA)1(MeOH)-Cocrystal C were obtained. But (CBZ)2(DBA)1(MeOH) by solid state grinding control method can be easily obtained repeatedy, whereas cocrystal only get once by the solution evaporation method. The phenomena of transformation of several kinds of supramolecular cocrystal were studied in the solid state.(2) Screening and controlled synthesis of carbamazepine and 1-naphthalene acid (NA) and 9-anthracene acid (AC), (CBZ)1(NA)1H2O-Cocrystal D and (CBZ)1(AC)1-Cocrystal E were obtained respectively.(3) The method of X-ray powder diffraction and X-ray single crystal diffraction solution in this paper were used to analyze the structure of the Cocrystal A-E. All of the cocrystal structure in the Cambridge Structure Database have not been reported.(4) The study of the solid fluorescence property of the starting materials and cocrystals.
