Preparation And Application Of Protein Anti Staining Agent

Reactive dye is a kind of important dye for textile dyeing and printing of the most widely used.however active dyes are susceptible to hydrolysis, resulting in the low utilization rate of dye, floating color, especially deep color products are easy to staining after soap washing, influence the fastness of the color and the product quality, thereby preventing staining research is very important, and develop new anti staining agent has become a research hotspot. A cationic gelatin protein additives was synthesized in this paper, which will be used as an anti staining agent in soap wash postprocessing for cotton fabrics with reactive dyes, and mix with PVP which have an inner amide structure and good affinity with reactive dyes, as a kind of anti dip additives applied to reactive dyes dyeing, printing fabric soap wash processes. Study on the anti staining effect of this two additives, the purpose is in the premise of ensuring good color fastness, reduce white staining and achieve good soaping and anti staining effect.at the same time, soaping temperature than the traditional soap washing temperature decreases, to realize the energy saving and consumption reduction.This study was based on gelatin and WLS as raw materials,and explore the influence of monomer ratio, temperature and time on anti staining effect, optimize the cationic protein additive synthesis conditions were: m(protein): m(WLS) =1:14Na OH dosage WLS 1.8%, the synthesis temperature is 70℃, the reaction time is 3hours. And the structure and properties of this agent was characterized:the results show that the additives is a protein derivative agent which containing epoxy ethane radical and cationic quaternary ammonium salt structure, average molecular weight was 7.9238 x 105, and the ultraviolet light was absorbed by this agent.Through the study on the anti- staining properties of the cationic gelatin protein,it is indicated that the amount of additives is too largethe to have a good effect of anti-staining. But have a good anti staining effect and the amount is less after the cationic gelatin protein was used to make the compound with the PVP.PVP﹕cationic gelatin protein is 1:50.The best application process of anti- staining of cotton fabric with reactive dyes was as follows: 25g/L, soap 3g/L, sodium carbonate 2g/L, washing temperature was 80℃, and washing time was 20 min.The application process of anti-staining of reactive dyes printing cotton fabric is: the dosage of compound additive is3g/L, the dosage of sodium carbonate is 30g/L, soap 4g/L,temperature was 80℃,time was 20 min, bath ratio 30:1.Evaluation of the effect was: dyed cotton fabric with different dosage and different kinds of dyeing has better anti stain effect after soaping,and the fabric air permeability, crease resistance was improved, no significant change in the color index, capillary effect was variation.Finally, the mechanism of anti staining is discussed. The result showed that the anti staining agent has good chelating disperse property.And interact with dyes,made the absorption spectrum of the dye changed,the dye bath absorbance was decreased.Effectively remove floating color dyes on the fabric, and the shedding dye was avoided to stain the fabric in soaping process, reduce white staining;At the same time, the anti staining agent has a greater affinity for the cotton fabric, and the maximum adsorption capacity of the additive on the cotton fabric at 80℃, and the quasi two level dynamic model can more truly reflect the adsorption kinetics mechanism;the adsorption of anti staining agent on cotton fabrics is Langmuir(Langmuir) type adsorption, which belongs to chemical adsorption.Anti staining agent on cotton fabric interacted with fabric and the dye on the fabric, the interaction between dyes and fabrics was reinforced,has a certain color fixing effect.And then the color fastness of dyed cotton fabric was made sure, and affect the performance of the fabric.
