Surface plasmon resonance technique is extremely sensitive to subtle changes in the refractive index of the external medium, they have the advantages of real- time detection, no reagent labeling requirements, minimal sample consumption,etc.Therefore the surface plasmon resonance sensor has important applications in biochemistry, engineering, petroleum and petrochemical, environmental monitoring,etc. At present, these features make it have a small area of the oil spill at sea early detection of the condition, but technology and equipment using SPR sensing alarm of spilled oil, our country is still blank. Due to the current SPR bulky, it is not suitable for marine oil spill detection. Domestic compact SPR instrument is not mature, and not for a small area should be discovered, high-precision oil spill detection Instrument.As the domestic development of ocean buoys detecting device, it only applies to oil spill tracking, do not have oil spill detection function.At the same time, there is no application of SPR sensing technology for oil spill monitoring technology and products, domestic and imported oil spill alarm products not directly due to contact with water, its application range and accuracy is limited.Therefore, based on the application of surface Plasmon resonance technology in marine research on oil spill monitoring has great value and practical significance of science. To prevent major oil spill accidents, thus reducing significant economic losses, while reducing the serious harm to the marine environment and the surrounding coast caused.The design and preliminary investigation of a real-time, online, all-weather accurate monitoring system for the early detection and warning of difficult-to-detect,inchoate, small-area oil spills werepresented. The scheme is based on a miniaturized surface plasmon resonance device. The system used a light source with a non-scanning angle modulation to ensure that the light cover the incident angle range of variation related to the samples under test. It means for the realization of important and sensitive sea including offshore oil platforms, storage devices and other possible oil spill early warning. Among them, the thesis is by fiber optic SPR sensing means and the prism SPR sensing means two aspects were analyzed and study. Using the theory of ZEMAX simulation software with MATLAB simulation optimized combination of optical sensing module redesign, and to narrow the overall volume of the mechanical structure of the model experimental system means to achieve compact design. And then create device system model, experimental validation and analysis of the whole system for data processing and noise analysis.Selection of the denoising method of wavelet-threshold corrected the detection system reduced the amount of storage, while the exclusion of most of the noise signal to improve detection accuracy,making the SPR detection system meet the needs of practical application. Thus, to determine the best means to achieve floating in the sea of wireless transmission mode a compact real-time online oil spill plasmon detection system based on surface resonance.
