Industrial process control system had been applied previously in this chemical plant,but it had some shortcomings,such as the degree of automation is lower,system running unstable,much of artificial intervention,and labor intensity is heavy.The paper take solvent station of one company workshop for the research object,aiming at the characteristics of multi-reactor share one mass flow meter in complex pipe system.It is developing a set of multi-reactor intermittent production utility dosing control system,its degree of automation is higher,and having rich functions,and the productionis safer and stable,it is also can meet the production requirements.The background of this paper is that using multi-reactor intermittent production utility dosing process.The paper analyzes the technological process and function requirements of solvent station,Explanteds the overall design scheme of solvent station automation monitoring system.The control strategy and implementation method of every system function had been detailed introducted.The paper explores the influences of feeding accuracy and the method of multi-reactor queue feeding.Solvent station adopts Germany S7-300 PLC as the central control equipment,uses STEP 7 programming software to do hardware configuration,program development,and communication connection. It can achieve some function that communication with TP/TCP, data collection,feeding error compensation,digital and analog alarm.At the same time it uses Wincc as the monitoring software,and with it achieve the goals of parameter settings datas display,trend analysis,alarm display and so on.In the process of the Multi-reactor intermittent production utility dosing control system field debug in a month.The emerging issues had been resolved and improved the system function.Since the solvent station monitoring system put into production in 2015.3,it is running in a good condition.Feeding accuracy control in about 0.25%,The queue control had no anomaly.
