In this paper, focused on the blank of silk stocking, key technology of automatic transmission equipment for stocking blank is studied based on the principles of pneumatic conveying, the characteristics of stocking and the stockings blank seam technology. Such equipment is designed in ensuring the transmission efficiency in producing. Then, identify the major functional requirements, analyze the main mechanical components, choose the hardware of control system, compose the software of control system, and complete the debugging.Firstly, the key technology of automatic transmission is studied in the view of principles of pneumatic conveying to build the modeling of the stocking in transmission equipment, for the shape changing and the porosity of stocking, experiments are excused by testing the air pressure, air velocity and the speed of stocking blank and other parameters, and explore for a relationship among them from a microscopic perspective. Then form a model and polish it through experiments to ensure high transfer efficiency, while reducing costs and energy consumption.Secondly, according to the seam processing of stockings, analyze the main function and operation of transmission equipment, research the main institutions of automatic transmission equipment, design the mechanism of core component and determine the process route and the overall control flow.Then research the composition and selection of hardware, choose Googol motion controller and set its parameters, choose Omron R88D-UT24 V series servo amplifier and stepper motor driver, select Mitsubishi FX series PLC and Omron 3G3 MV series inverter. Design interface circuit between the motion controller and servo drives or stepper motor driver. Then design and complete control cabinet layout.Finally, research the interactive software for the automatic transmission equipment through analyzing the function of control system, and then planning the details of each control interface, and complete the programming of this application.After debugging the application and test running, the automatic transmission equipment for stocking blank functioned well, and the whole control system can achieve a high efficiency of industrial application.
