C urrent the characterized by strong feeding way of factory farming increases the decomposition transformation load of organic nitrogen material in aquaculture water, the original microbes in aquaculture water cannot afford such a heavy burden, causeing water eutrophication and ecological imbalances, threating the survival of the breed.Current uses good effect, simple operation, no secondary pollution of b iological methods, namely, adding the nitrifying bacteria agents to remove the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in the wastewater. Nitrifying bacteria is adherent microbe, need to grow in the carrier particles on the surface adsorption. N itrifying bacteria product is the high nitrification ability mixture of nitrifying bacteria who attached to the active carrier. N itrifying bacteria generation cycle, with slowly growth rate, easily affected by environmental factors, and the activity of the preservation hungry time is short. Therefore, improving the nitrification ability of nitrifying bacteria and longer preservation hungry time of nitrifying bacteria activity carrier is of great significance to the development of aquaculture.This experiment first uses Electron microscope scanning and particle size analyzer analyze the surface structure and particle size of four kinds mineral carrier(mineral-A, mineral-A, calcium carbonate, diatomite); And establish a kind of marine nitrifying bacteria enrichment culture device.
