This paper focuses on a solution of the problems which electric power pipeline cracked between the tube and the base in the region of Qinghai, the 126 kV long bus pipeline longterm load in Qinghai, pipeline cracks at-25 ℃ in the winter and high temperatures of 40℃ in summer.AutoPIPE based on finite element analysis software to establish static analysis, the calculation model for piping pipeline check standard pipe stress, according to the B31.3 specification check tube strength meet the requirements, namely pipeline safety; Then fixed on the piping stress situation, found that end of the axial force is bigger, decisive axial force; So well take measures that add fonts and door type support, and then solve the original pipeline support, make the new support bear axial force, thereby reducing the original supporting axial force; We based on the changes of the location and the number of support type, found out the improved structure of the best and all new added support for the optimal scheme of the strength check through all kinds of improved schemes, only very few of the beam strength of support is not enough, for reinforcing the strength, so that all new supporting strength meets.AutoPIPE using finite element analysis software, this paper analyses the high voltage power piping, successfully solved the crack problem between power pipeline and support in Huang Jia Zhai of Qinghai area.
