Now the world has improved the requirement of the quality of gasoline widely catalytic reforming which material is naphtha is an important way to produce high RON gasoline composition At the same time to polypropylene and hydrogenation unit to provide a large number of cheap hydrogen, aroma and is one of important techniques of oil refining factories and petrochemical companies in the word.The pre-hydrogenation process is an important part of the CCR unit. The process flow, operational principle and technical features of Pre-hydrogenation and Catalytic reforming was described. The analysis of the problem of pre-hydrogenation processing in the process of running concluded that the causes of too fast increase of the pressure drop across the pre-hydrogenation in CCR unit. Meanwhile, a specific revamping proposal for the removing oxygen system was put forward. This paper introduces the pressure drop across the pre-hydrogenation in CCR unit, which in Yan’an Petrochemical factory, especially stress on the design of reforming plan, the arrangement of set plane, the selection of capital equipment and the reformation of automaion control. Then, the existing problems of thermal deoxygenation system bring the scheme of the solution in the early days and solve the problem. Since revamping,the pre-hydrogenation work well. Solving the technical bottleneck of high pressure drop of the pre-hydrogenation process the system pressure drop is basically unchanged, to avoid the pre-hydrogenation frequently change catalyst and overhaul; laid a solid foundation for the stable and long-term operation of the device, to achieve a considerable economic benefits, achieve the expected purpose, It is shown that the thermal deoxygenation project is successful.
