| Chinese urban residents are more and more worried about The environmental problems that caused by the urbanization and industrialization.The increasing household consumption comes with the amount of Municipal Solid Waste(MSW) greatly increased,and the MSW disposal field is an indispensable part of urban construction.However, in recent years, the site selection of the garbage disposal project is resisted by the surrounding residents and a series of protests erupted. This is because the residents have gradually recognized that the MSW disposal field will gradually pollute the surrounding water, soil, vegetation and so on. Ultimately, it will hurt the health of human body.The worrying is very reasonable.From the Bad ecological environment that surrounded the existed domestic garbage disposal field point of view, waste disposing does have a series of adverse effects on the surrounding environment.In our country,it is a difficult problem that How to remedy the brownfield surrounded MSW disposal field.At present,the research is very few and most of them are focus on optimizing the technology of MSW disposing.On the basis of Governance Theory,Stakeholder Theory and Sustainable Development Theory,this paper’s goal is to discuss the problem of brownfield remediation around urban MSW disposal field through learning advanced experience overseas.Firstly,the paper briefly illustrates the effect of living garbage on land resources and take Laogang MSW disposal center in shanghai as an example to analyze the influence of this MSW field on the surrounding land resources,as well as the governance of laogang.Secondly,this paper presented mature experience of brownfield remedy in Europe and United States in terms of participants, laws and regulations, economic and technical support.Thirdly, According to the governance situation of brownfield around laogang MSW disposal center and the experience of brownfield remedy in developed countries,it proposed some suggestions about remediation of brownfield around MSW disposal field in China. |
