In recent years, due to the rapid development of industry and agriculture, a large number of chemical companies were closed or relocated, leaving a large number of contaminated sites, these contaminated sites are generally semi-volatile organic pollutants, contaminated sites in a typical semi-volatile organic compounds including phenol, aniline, nitro aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and phthalate esters. These pollutants have great harm to humans and animals, Such as aniline mammals carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic, is a highly toxic substance; chlorinated phenols are endocrine disruptors, after entering animals can interfere with the body’s normal hormones play a role in secretion; nitrobenzene the main role of compounds in the blood, liver and central nervous system, make hemoglobin into methemoglobin, lose the ability to transport oxygen, causing hypoxia and mucocutaneous bruising; chlorobenzene substances with carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic effects, the natural environment and the long-term residual enrichment through the food chain will seriously affect human health and the environment ecosystem containing phthalates weak estrogenic active ingredients, have an impact on the organism and cause endocrine cancer proliferation. Therefore, understanding the content of these soils contaminated sites semi-volatile organic pollutants is very necessary, and the former efficient sample processing and quantification of organic pollutants in soil monitoring technology to provide a technical basis. In this paper, based on relevant literature reports to the soil environment contaminated sites in common 22 kinds of semi-volatile compounds is analyzed, (1) study to determine the extraction of contaminated sites and soils common 22 kinds of semi-volatile substances extracted oscillation, study of the extraction solvent system was shaken temperature, extraction efficiency of the extraction time and extraction conditions to determine the optimal oscillation; (2) in the extract during purification, of different adsorbents, the different elution solvent, the elution impact on the amount of solvent elution efficiency, by comparison, to determine the best purification conditions; (3) the effects of instrumental analysis conditions on test samples, and the establishment of a secondary mass spectrometry method to quantitatively monitor the sample. The experimental results showed that the methanol/ethyl acetate (1:1) as the extraction solvent extraction using oscillating, silica gel purification, the secondary mass spectrometry get better recoveries the recovery of this method was 77.4%~106.8%, the detection limit was 1.lug/kg-5.8ug/kg, the relative standard deviation of 1.1% to 6.5%, to meet the required standards. Analytical methods will be applied to establish a contaminated site detection of semi-volatile content of soil organic pollutants, the test results show that the contaminated soil has been seriously polluted sites, the main pollutant of chlorobenzene compounds and phthalates.Established in this paper has a simple, easy, stable and reliable quantitative detection of the advantages of soils contaminated sites for semi-volatile substances, which can be applied to detect other contaminants in environmental media.
