| Presently, the main IMD forming method of PET material is mental mold forming, but the forming method is limited by the disadvantages including forming shallow depth, surface mold marks, diaphragm thickness uneven distribution and so on. However the hydraulic bulging forming method can solve the problems upon. Through some references and pre-experiments, it comes out that the temperature plays an important role in the process of the forming film which shows the nonlinear variation of malleability and ductility with the improving temperature. What’s more important, the transformation is quite complicated.Based on the opinion upon, this paper does some researches about the influences of varied temperatures to the forming of PET film material with the hydraulic expansion shape forming method, which follows:(1) From analyzing the problems of the uneven distributed and fluctuated temperatures on the film’s surface and pressure’s fluctuation influenced by the equipment’s oil spilling which caused by the high pressure and high temperature during the process, this paper redesigns and modifies the stable heating device and the hydraulic bulging equipment, which provide a reliable test platform for the researches.(2) From the experiments of variable temperature to the film’s fracture pressure,improved temperature reduces the fracture’s pressure, but improves the limiting height;through the comparison of the bulging parts break at the length, thickness and fracture height,analyze the reasons about fracture failure.(3) From the experiments of variable temperature to the hemispherical bulging parts, the bottom forming of hemispherical bulging parts show a certain regularity in the film thickness.(4) From the experiments of temperature to the bulging parts about springback’s effect,the result shows the higher the temperature is, the more the springback is. |
