| The modified CdS quantum dots have been prepared in aqueous solution under different pH and different temperature with hexametaphosphate as a stabilizer and urea, thioglycolic acid and cysteine as a modifier, respectively. Structure characterization and optical performance of CdS quantum dots (CdS-QDs) were achieved by UV spectrophotometry, particle size analysis and fluorescence test. The complexes of CdS quantum dots with proteins were used as the determination of protein.Molecular assembling have been prepared under 80℃ with y-cyclodextrin as a host molecule, polyvinyl alcohol of different molecular weight and alcoholysis degree as a guest molecule in the aqueous. Then the molecular assembling was modified by acryloyl chloride to introduce double bond. The molecular assembling was characterized with TGA, IR, ’HNMR, AFM and static contact angle and it has obtained the structure of pseudo-polyrotaxane.Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have been prepared with the modified cyclodextrin pseudo-polyrotaxanes (CD-PPRs-Ac) as a pseudo-supports, bovine serum albumin (BSA), bovine hemoglobin (BHb), ovalbumin (OVA) and lysozyme (LYS) as template molecules respectively. Test results showed that the introduction of CD-PPRs-Ac had enhanced the absorption amount to template and the template species hadn’t influence on the adsorption results. It was found that the adsorption capacity of above four MIPs was up to maximum when the weight ratio of CD-PPRs-Ac to AM was about 1.0,0.8,0.6 and 1.0, respectively. Besides, the secondary utilization was about 86.74%,88.10%,88.61% and 80.81%, respectively. In the experiment, CdS-QDs was introduced into BSA-MEPs, which increased adsorption capacity of MIPs, and the adsorption maximum reaches to 5.196 mg/g in the presence of CD-PPRs-Ac. The separation factor of BHb-MIPs with pseudo-supports to mixture protein is about 17.604. |
