Project Management In The Application Of The Closed Tailings Reservoir Engineering

Along with the process of global integration, project management plays a great effect in the construction of all walks of life. In the process of project construction, once the organization, progress, quality, cost and other aspects of the project management, will lead to a huge waste of project construction, the delay period, serious and even lead to failure of the project. Today, project management is an important means of project construction.However, compared with other engineering industries, the application of project management in the closed tailings reservoir engineering is still in the initial stage. This is caused by the high risk of the closed tailings reservoir engineering and the relative closure of the industry. Based on this, this paper tries to design the basic starting point from the closed tailings reservoir engineering design consultation, and puts forward some ideas and methods for the application of the project management in the construction of closed tailings reservoir engineering.
