Mineral processing is a complex process, and its non-linear, strong coupling, time-varying characteristics make it difficult to achieve accurate predictive indicators of production throughout the in mineral processing. Because of its important role in the national production of the economy, domestic and foreign researchers proposed production index prediction algorithm for Mineral processing. However, these algorithms are not the same, such as the accuracy of performance differences, which affects the practical application of the algorithm. Up to now there is no specific production index forecasting accuracy algorithm analysis software for the mineral processing. In this thesis, based on "Research on technology-based integrated control system and semi-physical simulation platform in 973 projects," This thesis designed and developed the software for the mineral processing to analyze the accuracy of prediction algorithms. The software support the algorithm’s research and practical application. The content of this thesis can be summarized as follow:(1) As the complexity of mineral processing and the actual needs of researchers, this thesis analysis the functional demand for forecasting software and the algorithm analysis interface. This thesis described the current operating mineral production process optimization strategy and optimization methods, farther more, The thesis presented the design requirements and the function requirements of the software.(2) To deal with the current problem of mineral processing indicators this thesis designed the software to analysis the accuracy of production index prediction algorithm. In order to make the results of forecasting indicators more accurate, the software can analysis similar single algorithms or compare the different prediction algorithms. From the functions and interface of the software were designed, including arithmetic solving module and contrast curve module.(3) Using WPF, XML, Visifire and "Observer" design patterns and other technology, this thesis developed the analysis software. This thesis use WPF to implanted the separation of design and develop were adopted. Using XML technology to achieve data exchange, and providing convenient; To improve the independence of the various modules, relax the coupling relationship between the modules, "Subscribe-Release" technology of "observer" design patterns were used to transfer messages between modules.(4) Using mineral processing actual historical data, the thesis have verified the availability and effectiveness of the algorithm analysis software.
