In recent years,Ph ACs due to its potential risks have been identified as “the new contaminants” in the water environment, and widespread attention.Same countries have formulated relevant standards to control emissions,its exist in the environment affect the grow of aquatic plants and animals, the ecological environment of balance.The sewage treatment plant processing capacity for new pollutants is limited, Therefore,Study process and enhanced treatment effect of existing sewage treatment has important engineering significance.The test were established LC-MS method,which is used to detect of 17 kinds pharmaceutically active substances(Blood pressure lowering drugs: reserpine, metoprolol,carbamazepine,nitrendipine,nifedipine,gemfibrozil;sulfadrugs:sulfadiazine,sulfamethyldiazine,Sulphadimethoxine, Sulfathiazole; lactam drugs: amoxicillin, cefminox, cefotiam, cefepime, cefixime, cefaclor, cefoperazone;)in sewage.Obtain parameters: the mobile phase gradient program 0-1min95%,1-24min95%—10%,24-25min10%—10%B,25-27min95%B.Injection volume: 10 u L;flow rate of 0.3m L / min.MS conditions: ion source: electrospray ion source;scan mode: positive ion scan;Detection method: MRM Multiple reaction testing;capillary voltage: 5500V;gas temperature: 550;atomizing gas CUR: 20; Gas1:0.5MPa;Gas2:0.55 MPa.The Experiment study A~2/O system parameters sludge age(SRT),hydraulic retention time(HRT) and a reflux ratio(r) of the 17 kinds of target substances and conventional pollutants removal affected.Tests obtained: With the change of the SRT, the removal rate of Lowering blood pressure category,Lactams,Sulfa and Carbamazepine is 0-89.6%,0-98.8%,18.4-27.5% and 12.9-81.8%;the removal rate of COD,NH3-N,TN,TP is73.8-85.4%,94-97%,45.7-59.5%,5.6-43.6% in the system.when SRT of 30 day,the removal of Nitrendipine,Sulfadiazine,Carbamazepine and TP is low; SRT of 10 day,the removal of Nitrendipine and Carbamazepine change worse,the removal of conventional pollutants reduce too.when SRT is 20 d,removal efficiency of the conventional pollutants and antibiotics is best; removal of conventional pollutants reached the maximum; the removal of Cephalosporins is best.The average removal rates of up to 61.6%. Carbamazepine, cefixime, nitrendipine, metoprolol removal has been enhanced.With the change of the HRT, the removal rate of Lowering blood pressure category,Lactams,Sulfa and Carbamazepine is 0-100%,0-95.6%,0-41.4% and 16.8-61.8%;the removal rate of COD,NH3-N,TN,TP is 68.7-88.7%,67.8-98.5%,38.6-55.6%,13.6-32.6% in the system.when HRT is 12 h,the removal rate of Nitrendipine,Metoprolol, Sulfadiazine,Reserpine is low;HRT is 8h,removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus is not good in system.when HRT is 10 h and digestive reflux ratio of 250%,Conventional pollutants can effectively remove and the removal rate reach the maximum. The removal rate of Carbamazepine and nifedipine is 45.1% and 48.5%.The removal for Cephalosporins is best of this conditions,average removal rates of up to 61.6%.It can be obtained from the data analysis,The process of pollutant collaborative removal the optimal operating parameters is: SRT=20d, T=10h, r=250%.
