Nowadays, the problem of impairing the health of animals, inducing the increase of resist bacteria and variant bacteria and causing the imbalance of animal intestinal flora by the abuse of antibiotics which bring challenge for food safety and human health.Lots of researches and practice have shown that probiotics can inhibit the growth and reproduction of intestinal pathogens,enhance animal immunity,maintain the balance of intestinal micro ecological and protect environment. So probiotics as an alternative to antibiotics has a broad application prospects.Probiotic yeast is one of the important probiotics which can tolerant the changes of intestinal pH,adjust the balance of intestinal micro ecological and also can enhance animal immunity.It is generally believed that the ideal probiotic strains comes from the originally animal guts.Whereas,in this experiment,yeast was separated from the six sites of the guts of healthy older cherry valley meat duck which collected from four different regions,including the stomach,duodenum,jejunum,ileum,caecum and colon.The experimental results are as follows:1.Separated and screened yeast from the contents of intestine six sites of grow well,good health,performance and mental state adult cherry valley duck digestive tract.By plate count,scribing and purification eventually isolated 35 strains of yeast strains.The yeast were isolated in the gastrointestinal tract from duck,the yeast can be tolerated in gastrointestinal tract environment,but few in number.Other intestinal not often isolated yeast or separation of the little, so yeasts is allochthonous microbiota.2. Selected thirty-five strains of yeast which were isolated from the guts of cherry valley meat duck then identified them through 26 S rDNA of sequence analysis. The result showed that the number of yeast is ten strains of Candida albicans,two strains of Cryptococcus arboriformis,four strains of Kazachstania bovina, seven strains of Candida parapsilosis, two strains of Lodderomyces elongisporus,one strain of Kodamaea ohmeri,two strains of Candida glabrata,seven strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.To compare sequence alignment with Genbank database,the homology of them all between 99% and 100%.3. Physiological and biochemical identification of separated Saccharomyces cerevisiae through morphology, sugar fermentation, nitrogen source and carbon source assimilation,et al.Identified the species of Yeast,laying the foundation for thedevelopment of high resistant yeast probiotics and High biomass fermentation yeast probiotics.
