Study On Identification And Combination Model Of Polymer Flooding Method For The Second Class Oil Lay In Production Area Of Saertu Oilfield

According to gradually developed theory and proven experiences of polymer flooding, this report carried out the adaptability study of development methods and combination model of polymer flooding on second class oil layer in Naner area Saertu oil field, which based on complexly using petroleum geology, logging data, 3-D structure modeling and fine reservoir description technologies.In this research process, The river channel sand of second class oil layer in the No.3 block and the No.4-No.8 block are characterized by decreased channel sand,in creased sub-layers,thinning single layer,low permeability. The research firstly utilized the achievement of fine reservoir description technologies and the experiences of oil layers and analyzed the thickness, distribution and asymmetry of second class oil layer to enhance oil recovery and find more remaining oil. According to the study on layer selection criterion and the influencing factors of oil layers combination, the report is based on the research which mainly concerned about suitable second class oil layer combinations, the thickness of the upward strata and the space of producers—injectors to find out and produce more residual oil. On the basis of statistical permeability information from conventional core analysis, oil displacement testing in-site by polymer injection, controlled degree of reserves and oil layers intercommunication, the relationship between polymer molecular weight, amount used, injection rate, injection methods and permeability has been optimized to ensure the development benefit maximization and kept the regular oil producing rate. This paper also offered some credible technological information of polymer flooding methods on second class oil layer for the next development in the same oilfield.
