Laminate is formed by stacking and adhering to the same order in a sequence of multiple layers, which are made into a whole structure. Each layer of the unidirectional plate is called a layer of the laminate. In the production application, the laminate can be designed according to the condition and requirement, which not only greatly improve the physical and chemical properties of the ordinary materials, but also can solve some of the key problems in the conventional materials by different design methods. However, the inter layer failure strength of laminates, including the inter layer tensile strength and the inter layer shear strength, is weak, which is often caused by the failure of the matrix and the interlayer, so that the rigidity of the whole structure can be reduced. The stiffness of the material is an intrinsic and non-destructive test material, which can be used to measure the damage of the material being used.In this paper, the general expression of the stress in the elastic body is derived, which is based on the general function of the shear stress in the laminate. Based on the minimum complementary energy principle, the distribution coefficient of the boundary conditions of the statically indeterminate boundary condition is treated, the general expression of the control equation is derived. By means of the finite difference method, the material properties of composite laminates are calculated and compared with the existing experimental results and theoretical calculation model. In this paper, the shear properties of the orthotropic laminated plates are studied, and the effective shear modulus of the orthotropic laminate with transverse matrix cracks are obtained by the analysis of the control equations. A general theoretical analysis method is used to evaluate the in-plane shear modulus of the laminate with transverse matrix cracks.
