| Ball mill, which works as a kind of heavy machine, is widely used in mineral processing, metallurgical, fertilizer, building materials and etc. In the actual production process, the main reason for failure is caused by the the cracking and deformation of the cylinder and end cover, sliding bearing and so on. Therefore, once appearing the damage or injury, repairing period will be very long. Traditional design method for large ball mil cylinder and hydrostatic bearing always based on experience and analogy, the check and design of cylinder system lightweight and thermal-bearing capacity have some insufficients.For these reason, this paper takes the MQY5585 as research object on the base of domestic and international papers and thesis, using ANSYS to analysis the structure and using FLUENT, establish the model of oil film and analysis the temperature and velocity distribution of oil film in different speed,and analysis the bearing capacity when consider the condition of vescosity-temperature characterristics. Mainly includes the following four areas:(1) The paper summarizes the the evolution of ball mill technology and its commonly used bearing at home and abroad. Then sketches out the structure and principle of ball mill and kinematics analysis of the cylinder material and steel ball. On the basis of the parameters of MQY5585, calculates the load under three kinds of typical working conditions;(2) Analysis the difference of constant pressure and the constant flow fuel supplying and their respective characteristics, and duce the stiffness and bearing capacity of oil film on constant way. In theory, also analysis the Reynolds equation, viscosity-temperature relationship, the energy equation of the temperature rising, the basic way of heat transfer and the boundary conditions.(3) Then the solid modeling of the ball mill is made by using ANSYS, the load and constraint are also applied on it. After the processor is finished, analysis the strength, stiffness of the ball mill system in three typical conditions, and conform the law of stress distribution and rotation deformation of the ball mill, verify the traditional design scheme of the ball mill is conservative and the strength and stiffness is reasonable.(4) The oil film was modeled, meshed and set boundary condition with GAMBIT. On the basis of computational fluid dynamics(CFD), the element model was imported to the FLUENT and also set some parameters. In the end, analysis the temperature distribution of oil film and the characteristics of oil film bearing capacity when consider the condition of the the viscosity-temperature characteristics.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the ball mill cylinder and hydrostatic bearing’s design and analyze. It is meaningful for the premise of safe production and producing more benefits for the enterprise. Analyzing the influence of the strength, deformation for the ball mill system and the viscosity-temperature relationship for oil film bearing capacity has some engineering significance. |
