Chlorine gas treatment has been the chlor-alkali and metallurgical industry are faced with the problem in the process of operation. On the basis of widely query at home and abroad, the chlorine gas treatment process, absorbing device, control level, the author introduced the JinChuan nickel electrolysis chlorine gas workshop management development course, mainly including the tower type, absorbent, selection of materials, control means. Meantime, the author emphasize the nickel electrolysis workshop original chlorine gas absorber tower had some problems, including the body use process of short service life, high liquid alkali consumption, low control level, labor intensity, low rates of operation, outside overweight ect. The problems and disadvantages is this topic research direction and tasks.JinChuan nickel electrolysis chlorine gas treatment process research content mainly includes three aspects. First, the source control technology research, namely how to enhance the utilization ratio of chlorine gas comprehensive research. Mainly on the Venturi mixer under the condition of eliminate vertical direct access to the original pressure loss research; In gas-liquid pipelining reaction process, the point is how to eliminate the laminar turbulent and heighten dynamic effect of the static mixer. After using chlorine gas utilization ratio increased by 10%. Second, at the environmental pollution treatment, the key is how to resolve the "U" type open chute’s poor impermeability, high air leakage rate and so on. The test and application of "O" type closed chute prove negative pressure effect is obvious, with the power of fan operation site environment improved significantly. Finally, in this paper, the residual chlorine absorption processing technology from the technological conditions, process equipment, the process implementation is divided into three parts to study.In the process conditions research part, according to the characteristics of the liquid chlorine and alkali heat, cooling on high temperature flue gas, make into the absorption tower of exhaust gas temperature is reduced and accelerate the disproportionation reaction speed. For three absorption tower as a whole, gas-liquid two phase flow operation are formed and a high concentration of alkali liquor from tertiary tower to ensure the tail gas discharging standard. The tail liquid discharge from first tower reduces the alkali liquor consumption. For tail liquid in the secondary pollution problem caused by decomposition of sodium hypochlorite, research and development of the patented technology of porous ceramic filler adhesion catalyst decomposition of plant. The hydrolysis of sodium hypochlorite to oxygen, stable chemical properties of sodium chloride and beneficial environmental governance fundamental guarantee.In process equipment research, the first is to use the dynamic wave of Meng Merck(DynaWave ?) inverse spray spray tower technology to strengthen the result of gas liquid reaction. Secondly, the absorber material selected of PVDF/FRP can be in-the temperature of 62 to 150 under the condition of use for a long time and it has ℃ ℃a good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, service life, safety performance. Thirdly, the OMA- 300 on-line detection spectrum analyzer is used in discharge of tail gas concentration and combined with the absorption tower level and pH value measurement. The automatic operation is stable and the labor intensity is greatly reduced. Finally, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene demister is researched applied to eliminate the tail gas pollution caused by particles in lye and elegant.In process implementation, by the on-site research engineering problems in the practical application of inspection and the effect is remarkable.At last, the benefit, application prospects and the technological characteristics of this subject is expounded. The subject of innovations in chlor-alkali chlorine and metallurgical industry has a good reference. Combined with JinChuan’s own actual situation, in terms of how to further optimize the author also puts forward the improvement opinion.
