The application of Ion Chromatography(IC) in food analysis is becoming more and more widely. In this research, different target of edible sample were analyzed by IC, and we obtained good experimental result.By suspension polymerization, we prepared the Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Polymer of Rutin’s on the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles which surface was modified by Polyethylene glycol. The adsorption process for Rutin of this polymer was Monolayer adsorption. We developed a method of analysis the Rutin by IC, which was eluented by NaOH, and using the PA20 column for separation. The method is simplify, and high sensitivity, good precision, is suitable for the determination of rutin content in the samples.Using NaOH gradient eluent, we developed a method for Fluoride analysis by IC, and the sample matrix were separated on AS11-HC column. This method has much advantages, such as high sensitivity, good precision, convenient operation, small sample matrix interference and high accuracy and so on. We also developed a method for Cr(VI) analysis by IC. At the pretreatment process, the sample was extracted by Phosphate Buffer, Alkaline extract and MgCl2?6H2O, and the interference of Chloride ion, Phosphate ions were eliminated.Using KOH gradient eluent which was generated by Eluent Generater, we developed a method for natural sugar analysis by IC, and the sample matrix were separated on PA20 column. And the method is suitable for natural sugar content determination of the beverage products. We analysised some monosaccharide and disaccharide by IC- MS, the method can be carried out on the samples of monosaccharide and disaccharide qualitative determination. Method can eliminate the interference between five-carbon sugar and six carbon sugar, and has a guiding role on accurate analysis of the soluble sugars in the sample.
