In order to get the relationship between the concentration of textile dyeing and the three stimulus values, in this paper we analyze the experiment data by controlling variables, and set up a linear model between the concentration of textile dyeing and the three stimulus values. Match the dye weight concentration by this model and the three stimulus values of a sample piece of cloth, and then compare the real value of the dye weight concentration with the predictive one. The experiment results show that the concentration of textile dyeing by controlling the dye weight concentration is closed to the true values. So this model has higher precise and can be applied to computer color matching. The first chapter introduces the research background, domestic and foreign research dynamic and development process. The second chapter describes the basic theory of color matching, including the basic principles of color, color mixing, methods, processes and the composition of computer color matching. The third chapter introduces the theory of mathematical modeling and the problems of errors. The forth and fifth chapters are the core part of the article, involve the problems of color matching research, the process of solving polynomial by using nonlinear curve fitting and controlling variables method, compare and analyze the experiment results. The sixth chapter analyzes and summaries the content of this research, and further illustrates the questions that need to be studied and improved. In this paper, a method of polynomial solution via controlling variables has been used to study the problem of computer dyeing and color matching. A model between dying and matching colors in the same and different concentration is built. The experiment error is within bounds after analyzing and verifying the experiment data. This study is promising and valuable, but it is only suitable for the dye concentration between0.2 and 1. So a further study about other concentration needs to be discussed. |
