In our country, the current pollution site remediation method has not been set, the repair of contaminated sites will be to the lack of corresponding legal system to regulate.However, in foreign countries, especially in the United States, Germany and Japan,contaminated site remediation has formed a relatively mature legislation system and governance mechanism, such as “superfund” in the United States, Germany “ederal soil protection act and regulations on the federal protection and soil pollution sites and soil contamination countermeasures law of Japan. The legal system for its pollution field repair provides a clear and specific guidance and specifications. Therefore, the author attempts to first illustrates the general principle of legal system of contaminated site remediation in China. Secondly, the author examines the present situation of our legal system of contaminated site remediation.
