| In this paper,wheat seeds and plants as a research object, Research diapers and adsorption of water and fertilizer on wheat seed germination and plant growth of wheat;Explain diapers utilization of water and fertilizer by Changes from the soil structure and physico chemical properties.Soil and soil microbial activity in response to the application of diapers,discuss the bioavailablitily of discarded diapers and water and fertilizer.The main results of this experiment are as followed:(1)Absorbent force of diapers wheat seed experiments showed that :Diapers can give germinating seeds need water or not is determined by the ambient conditions.High concentrations of water and fertilizer diapers,easily cause burn seedlings when diaper fat absorption in direct contact with the seed.The rate of germination of wheat does not improve, germination index and vigor index increased significantly when diapers and fertilizer diluted to 10 times,Inferred:Fat absorption diapers will not affect the results of seed germination, but germination index and vigor index has a positive role in providing protection for the transplant survival late wheat.(2) Diapers land application has a significant impact on plant growth,the best mixed with the soil,buried in time,then the surface coverage.Diapers significantly affected dry matter accumulation in wheat,diapers dosage reached 0.6%,the wheat above ground dry matter change most significantly, compared with the control,the dry matter accumulation increased up to 4.2g.three models were pros and cons: Mixed>buried>coverage. The effect of Adding mode of diapers dry root weight of wheat as:Mixed> coverage> buried,and increases with the increase of water and fertilizer content.The results showed that:mixed mode diapers dosing is the best model,0.6%-0.8% for the best dosage of diapers,water and fertilizer content increased with the growth index of wheat.indicate that the content not reach water and fertilizer burn seedlings extent, water and fertilizer be favorable on the growth of wheat.(3)Diapers can be applied to improve the performance of soil moisture evaporation and expansion properties, plays the role of insulation to the soil;When diapers dosage exceeds 0.8%, pH value with the extension of time, showing a decreasing trend, almost no effect on soil pH; diapers with dosage increasing, changes in soil nitrogen hydrolysis no significant in short soil.Hydrolysis impact was not significant, with the increase of water and fertilizer content, indicating that fat absorption diapers have a positive effect on soil fertility.(4)By WSAP and FSAP treatment, bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, three categories have different levels of microbial populations increase. the number of microorganisms FSAP treatment reached maximum. Under WSAP and FSAP disposition, urease, catalase, acid phosphatase and invertase activity in varying degrees to improve and enhance the sharpest urease. Comparing with CK,Microbial biomass carbon treatment of various diapers, microbial biomass nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon value / microbial biomass nitrogen did not reach significant difference. |
