The treatment of organicsilicon production wastewater has been an important issue in the field of environmental protection at home and abroad. If the treatment were not disposing appropriately, it could not only pollute the environment, affect the normal growth of flora and fauna, but also seriously affect human health. This study is about the pretreatment experiment of organicsilicon wastewater in some organicsilicon enterprise. The research is main at the experimental conditions study which can realize the self-coagulation of Cu2+ and Zn2+, and while the concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ in the water is also upto the Class One of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(the concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ are less than 0.5mg/L and 2mg/L). In order to investigate the principal factors which can influence the treatment effect, the single factor experiment has been studied respectively by the method of neutralization precipitation iron carbon micro electrolysis in this paper. Then confirm the main factors of treatment effect and find out the best operation parameters and its sequence of the iron carbon micro electrolysis method by using orthogonal experiment. Finally through the treatment effects of the two methods, confirm which of them can satisfy the requirement of the experiment.Through the field investigation pollution source analysis, the organic silicon production process includes chloromethane synthesis, monomer synthesis, fractionation and hydrolyzation. According to the water quality analysis, it contains both Cu2+ and Zn2+ in the monomer synthesis wastewater, which can meet the demand of the experiment. The result of water quality analysis is: p H<1, the concentration of COD is 3447.64mg/L, the concentration of Cu2+ and Zn2+ are 9.388mg/L and 4.667mg/L, B/C≈0, so it is hardly disposed.The study shows that we can effectively bring Cu2+ and Zn2+ in the wastewater which is from organicsilicon monmer synthesis workshop to complete self-coagulation with neutralization precipitation through the control of single factor. In the experiment, the p H should be controlled at about 9, when the concentration of Cu2+ decreased from 9.388mg/L to 0.576mg/L and the concentration of Zn2+ decreased from 4.669mg/L to 0.373mg/L.To iron carbon micro electrolysis method, the primary of the main factors of the wastewater treatment of organicsilicon monomer synthesis workshop which contained Cu2+ and Zn2+ are iron dosage > Fe-C mass ratio > reaction time > p H, which is obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimal operation conditions, resulting a good effect of self-coagulation of Cu2+ and Zn2+ in the wastewater. The concentration of Cu2+ can be reduced from 9.388mg/L to 0.023mg/L, and the concentration of Zn2+ can be reduced from 4.669mg/L to 0.674mg/L.Through the comparison between this two treatment methods, under the optimum operation conditions, iron carbon micro electrolysis method can meet the requirements of the experiment.
