Coal seam gas extraction is an important part of coal mine gas control, gas extraction effect directly relate to the safety production in coal mine, gas extraction work is the primary task of coal mining enterprises. Research and design the gas extraction evaluation system for continuous monitoring of coal seam gas extraction pipe, can gain the schedule of coal seam gas extraction work, the statistics accuracy of gas extraction cumulant can be effectively improved, and man-made statistical errors can be reduced, to improve the efficiency of gas extraction evaluation work is very meaningful.In this paper, the design and function of gas extraction system between domestic and international are compared and studied, introduces the development of wireless sensor networks and application status in various fields, and ZigBee wireless communication technology is applied in coal-seam gas extraction and evaluation system, and gas extraction and evaluation system software is designed.First of all, analyzing the selected topic background and significance of coal-seam gas extraction and evaluation system based on WSN, introduces the present situation of the gas extraction of monitoring system, and The research content of this paper is presented.Secondly, the paper introduced the development of wireless sensor network, the system structure and technical features, the feasibility of constructing the wireless sensor network based on ZigBee wireless communication technology are studied, the gas extraction evaluation architecture of the system is presented, and combining with the relevant standard of gas extraction rules design the assessment method of gas extraction. In order to predict the gas extraction time and prevent the coal-seam gas concentration overrun, gas concentration prediction model based on sub-state is put forward, and the numerical simulation experiment was carried out, the results show that it is feasible of using prediction model based on sub-state to predict gas concentration.Finally, the implementation procedure of hardware and software of the system each function module are expounded, and improving the system according to the System debugging results and summarizes the result.
