Methyl Cellulose is renewable and variety of sources. It can be hydrolyzed into glucose to produce fuel ethanol. It is an important alternative sources of fossil fuel. There are two categories of hydrolysis process of cellulose, which are acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis. At present, the conditions of the former are strict and the latter is less efficient.Ionic liquid is a new green solvent. It is focused that cellulose is dissolved by ionic liquid. In this paper, 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole chlorate([Bmim]Cl), 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole chlorate([Emim]Cl) and 1-ally-l-3-methyl imidazole chloride salt([Amim]Cl) were synthesized and characterized by 1H-NMR. The technology conditions of cellulose hydrolyzed by acid solution in ionic liquids were studied, which was compared with the traditional concentrated acid hydrolysis. The results showed that the reducing sugar yield reached 95.71% when cellulose was hydrolyzed by acid solution in [Bmim]Cl at the reaction time for 30 minutes, pretreatment temperature at 110℃, reaction temperature at 100 ℃and acid solid ratio of 0.1875:1. The reducing sugar yield reached 93.87% when cellulose was hydrolyzed by acid solution in [Emim]Cl at the reaction time of 30 minutes, pretreatment temperature at 110℃, reaction temperature at 90 ℃and acid solid ratio of 0.1875:1. The reducing sugar yield reached 96.83% when cellulose was hydrolyzed by acid solution in [Amim]Cl at the response time of 30 minutes, pretreatment temperature at 90℃, reaction temperature at 90 and acid solid ℃ ratio of 0.1250:1.Compared with the traditional acid hydrolysis, hydrolysis efficiency was improved more than 30%. Acid consumption was dropped 98%.In addition, ionic liquid aqueous two-phase were constructed to realize the separation of glucose form the hydrolysis procession of cellulose by acid solution in ionic liquids. The study found that the extraction efficiency of glucose was more than 90% by the aqueous two-phases of the ionic liquids/NaOH and ionic liquids/K3PO4. Heating up was conducive to the formation of [Emim][Ac]/K2HPO4, but not to [Emim][Ac]/K3PO4. The solution of K3PO4 was easier to form double water-phase than K2HPO4.
