SF6 is one of the six greenhouse gases in "Kyoto Protocol", whose destruction is the highest in all the greenhouse gases. With the investment to the construction of electric power system, the influence for air leakage of the SF6 in the atmospheric is more and more serious. And there are thousands of tons of SF6 per year for recycling. However, at present there is no professional SF6 waste gas treatment mechanism in domestic. Therefore, study on the purification and regeneration of SF6 system is particularly important, and its research and application has been included key promotion project by China State. Many enterprises at home and abroad all pay attention to the development of the related technology.This paper designed the industrial SF6 waste gas purification and regeneration system to recovery SF6 gas in the electric power enterprises to be leakage or unqualified gas. Firstly The overall scheme for the purification and regeneration system of industrial SF6 waste gas was studied. And the standard model of SF6 waste gas purification and recycling system is proposed, which meet the requirements of SF6 emissions from the aspect of Technology. Secondly, the key problem of the purification and regeneration system of SF6 waste gas was studied. The processing unit, the power unit, the cold trap unit was researched and designed, and complete the water filter, oil adsorption, particle filter design. And compress the exhaust SF6 gas to higher pressure gas to liquefy the high temperature and high pressure SF6. Finally, the purification and regeneration system of industrial SF6 was debugged.Test results show that the industrial SF6 waste gas can be purified as the standard gas, and the SF6 can be reused effectively. This system can reduce the SF6 pollution of the environment, and bring the positive significance for improving our living environment and people health.
