With the development of science and technology, the demand for functional textiles has greatly increased, and textile finishing has becoming a research hot spot recently.However, single textile finishing agent can not meet the demands of market, two or more functional composite finishing agents has become the development trend of textile functional finishing gradually. In this paper, polyaniline was taken as the basic material,which composite with chitosan, titanium oxide and graphene oxide respectively, for the preparation of textile functional finishing agent, to impart electrical conductivity,photocatalytic and ultraviolet blocking properties for cotton and polyester fabric. The main work of this paper as follows:Firstly, alkali deweighting pretreatment was taken for polyester knitted fabric, then,chitosan was coated on the surface of pretreated fabric by dipping-drying-curing process.Subsequently, polyaniline conductive membrane was deposited on the surface of chitosan treated fabric via in-situ polymerization process, and ammonium persulfate as oxidant,hydrochloric acid as dopant. The prepared functional polyester fabric not only with excellent electrical conductive properties, but also photocatalytic degradation of reactive red dye function, and good durability under repeatd water washing.Secondly, polyester nonwovens was taken as fabric substrate, and different proportions of nanometer titanium dioxide powder was added to the aniline monomer to prepare polyaniline and titanium dioxide modified fabric by in-situ chemical polymerization. And the relationship between added amount of titanium dioxide powder and conductive properties as well as ultraviolet shielding performance was further studied.The results indicated that the addition of titanium dioxide nanopowders can not only improve the weather resistance of electrical conductive properties, but also ultraviolet blocking properties. Moreover, the presence of titanium dioxide nanopowders can improve the water washing resistance of ultraviolet blocking properties, and the functional fabric still with relative high UPF values after 20 times water washing.Thirdly, graphene oxide uniformly coated cotton fabric was prepared by vacuumfiltration method with graphene oxide dispersion as functional finishing agent, and then polyaniline membrane was deposited on the fabric surface through in-situ chemical polymerization process. Thus, polyaniline and graphene oxide modified multifunctional cotton fabric prepared, which not only with electrical conductive properties and excellent ultraviolet blocking properties, but also good resistance to washing. The water washing resistance results indicated that functional fabric still with good electrical conductivity and high ultraviolet shielding efficiency after 10 times water washing.
