And among the four external use stimulants, 2, 4-D and p Hotosynthetic bacteria play more important roles than iron and carbon dioxide in promting the growth and oil accumulation of 9 chlorella pyrenoidosa The optimal combination(1.0 mg/L 2, 4-D, 10-7 mol/L iron ion, 4.5 m L(109 / m L) p Hotosynthetic bacteria, 8% carbon dioxide) also can be effective in the outdoor large-scale cultivation.algae dry weight and oil production of 9 chlorella pyrenoidosa is increased.
