With the exhaustion of the traditional resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment, the Solar energy as the energy of environmental, safety, clean and so on, will undoubtedly become a new ideal resource. Therewith the technology industry, also called the photovoltaic industry as the solar energy was convertedinto electrical energywas born. But now China’s photovoltaic industry is appearing the phenomenons of overcapacity, market turmoil, and ao on.Especially the double-reverse policies of Europe and America, give our PV markets caused by aheavy blow. But the proposed of High-efficient mono-crystalline project, would do well to break thisdeadlock,so that our PV industry out of the difficulties, and bringing in a new spring.The research and analysis of the project is based on the photovoltaic industry market as the main line, used the literature research method, investigation method, observation method and qualitative analysis method etc. Check out a large number of the literature, the summary and analysis comprehensively of the previous research results aboat high-efficient mono-crystalline project, foreshadowed a lot of theoretical basis for this article. The investigation and collection of reports and related datas aboat high-efficient mono-crystalline in order to provide correct data basis. Used SWOT analysis and PEST analysis fully describes the project’s strengths, weaknesses,threats and opportunities, and the the current situation of conditions in micro-environmental. At the same time, according to the A company’s cash flow estimated the payback date, NPV and IRR to assess scientifically the feasibility of the project. On the basis of the " Determine the Equivalent Weight Method" to calculate the net present value is 81567700 yuan, far greater than zero, the investment is feasible. According to the EXCEL that the IRR was 31.4%, investor’s required rate of return greater than 14.9%, the project benefits, greater than 14.9% what the investor’s required, so the project will cost-effective.The popularization and applicationof the project is coinciding with the global PV industry’s "winter" period, that could adjust Timely and correctly the overall layout of the photovoltaic industry, to make the development of photovoltaic industry normsly and healthly; To upgrade quickly the overall competitiveness of the domestic photovoltaic industryin the global marketplace;To reflec the important manifestation of our PV industry is getting out of the bottleneck and improving the photovoltaic’s development strategy.
