Abstract/Summary:
In Bijie city,there is abundant coal resources、full range of coal、fine coal,which is the national important anthracite production base and coal industry base.According to economic development in the new situation of the market,it is the inevitable choice of the scientific mine、actively promoting the level of mechanization of mining、relying on scientific and technological progress to promote coal mine production capacity、reducing production costs、improving the economic benefits of coal enterprises and strengthening coal mining enterprises.Fuxiang coal mine is located in the Zhina coalfield、smaller area 、more coal seam、fine coal、more complex geological structure.Especially Zhina coalfield, designated as a coal and gas outburst mine by the state,it’s gas content is higher in coal seam.Based on the Fuxiang coal current mining situation,analysesing the reason of exploitation、level and mining area division for Fuxiang coal,and closely focusing on the basic characteristics of the mine,the developing deployment is reasonably determined and the first mining area underground mining transportment is redesigned to ensure the rational mining of resources.At the same time,combined with the domestic and international current situation of the development of coal mine exploitation,advanced and mature technology and equipment and advanced production technology is actively adopted to improve the degree of mechanization and build modern mine of high yield and efficiency.In the ventilation and safety,this paper calculate the gas reserves on the basis of the gas occurrence condition in mine district No.1 and put forward the method of gas pumping.Meanwhile,combining with the development system and analyzing the damagement degree of the main risk factors for Fuxiang coal mine,the major disaster prevention measures is put forward.In terms of “design of six system”, on the basis of Fuxiang coal mining layout and combined with the national requirements of the “six systems” construction related documents,optimizing the mine’s “six systems”,the mine safety refuge system is determined.Finally,for rich coal mine construction planning,estimating the project investment,analyzing the economic benefits of projects and project investment risk,risk prevention measures are put forward and social benefits of the project is evaluated.
