"Scream" amusement is a large amusement equipment in recent years developed, tourist are fond of it for its unique thrilling & exciting feelings. At present domestic rides production started relatively late, the design is still experience design mainly, this research work are very few, most of the design and manufacture factory is also through the process of simple imitation.As a result, it is resemble at the outsides appearance, but not at the amenity and service life. It which not only take the equipment the play staff leave the potential safety hazard, which causing great waste to the society because of the short life for its lower security standard. Because the machinery for the ride was special equipment, it was tested and certified as safe by the special equipment inspection and research institute, according to multiple "scream" amusement of my experience in the practice unit testing, and summarized the general lack of analysis are: 1、 when the equipment is running vibration severity, visitors feels uncomfortable, and the manufacturer cannot effectively solve the problem.2、 Manufacturer usually care about the structure design and manufacturing process of the key parts of the main boom, but ignore the structure stability analysis. The structure stability evaluation is necessary due to main boom is the slender, thin wall structure.3、 It repeated fracture of the connecting bolt in the middle of the main boom because of the poor quality.According to the above problems, it is promoted the good suggestion of the paper studied and analyzed on the basis of the problems above, the main points are:1 、 Vibration characteristic analysis of "Scream" amusement. Establishing Simulation model and using the ADAMS/Vibration to calculate, get the Vibration modal frequency and Vibration equipment. To provide theoretical basis for equipment manufacturers to improve vibration, optimization of structure.2 、 Study on the “scream” amusement machine of the typical vibration mechanism and analyze the driving structure with the software of ADAMS, to find out why it vibrate and take measures to stop it, which provides theoretical basis for the optimization.3、 3d modeling software Solid Works and FEA software ANSYS are used for analyzing the strength and structural stability of the “scream” main boom, of which the result can be made the theoretical reference for the design and manufacture enterprises.4、 Analyse the typical failure forms of connecting bolt in the middle on the main boom, bolt fracture, find the cause and provides suggestion for the design and safety inspection of amusement equipment.
