The bonding is a very important process for metal and plastic now, but the bonding stability and size is affected by each numerous and complicated factors. So the study on bonding process is an important task.The main contents and results are as follows,1. Single factor analysis of process parameters on the adhesion strength test with the data. In this paper, the application Mini TAB analysis tools to filter out the process of dispensing: needle size, single size, surface roughness plastics, adhesives, curing time and standing time affects the strength of dispensing, providing the basis for the subsequent factors each factor interactions.2. The relational model of multiple factors influencing the bonding strength. base on DOE orthogonal experimental design,using visual analysis,variance analysis,DOE analysis and SPSS data mining to understand the relationships and the relational model. Meanwhile,Using SPSS further confirmation to verify the validity and related reference data.3. The extraction of experimental results. the study shows that needle size,glue, plastics surface roughness,curing time and standing time is an important factor affecting the adhesion strength strongly. Interaction analysis showed that: adhesives and pressing time are the two most important factors,followed by the plastic surface roughness,but the interaction cannot be ignored from needle size and curing time,the plastic surface roughness and adhesive curing time and standing time.
