The long-range ordered intermetallic compound Ni Al has a broad application with its outstanding properties,like anti corrosion properties,high melting point,high thermal conductivity and low density and other excellent properties.With the development of industry,the increasing demand for corrosion resistant alloy.This paper tries to develop a kind of applicable to both corrosion and wear resistant material,and a comprehensive study of the acid,alkali environment, tribological properties was investigated.According to the design principle of wear and corrosion resistant material,combined with the excellent tribological properties of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy,To explore the friction and wear properties of alloys in corrosive conditions, selection of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr base alloy, the friction and wear testing machine wear corrosion rate of alloy in 5%Na OH solution, the corrosion,polarization curve method to study the corrosion resistance of the alloy can be. The results show that the alkali resistance,alloy abrasion performance and corrosion resistance are better than that of 316 L stainless steel.Alloy good alkali corrosion and wear resistance of energy: in the worn surface of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy is smooth, smooth, and the formation of Al2(OH)-4Cr O4, Si3N4 and Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy in isolation.The modification of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy by adding trace elements of B, the experimental results show that, the plastic alloy were improved. In 5%Na OH, wear and corrosion resistance of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-3B alloy is obviously improved compared to the substrate, the corrosion resistance is worse. The results show that, the supporting role of hard alloy grinding surface oxide particles on the Si3N4 of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-3B is far less than the plowing plowing on Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy.Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-3B generated in the base of Al(OH)3 amphoteric oxide dissolution, resulting in corrosion rate increased.In 5%H2SO4 solution, Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B alloy corrosion resistant performance is better than the other alloys, showing good corrosion resistant properties.Analysis shows that, Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B alloy in acid passivation film; surface film formation and corrosion resistance performance is good, the material loss showed better inhibitory ability; table of white matter mask have good ductility, when subjected to friction show good ductility firmly attached to the surface membrane, a the worn surface in the alloy to help cover in the sliding wear processsave material membrane integrity, which accelerates the corrosion abrasion was inhibited.Alloy acid corrosion resistance is better than the alkali resistance. Alloy wear resistance and corrosion resistance has no obvious relationship from the view of its comprehensive performance index, reduce corrosion and wear in the process of the interaction of increment,thus greatly reducing the material loss.
