The mechanical property of high temperature alloy is a problem to be solved for the manufactories, the cutting in the section of internal groove is more serious.In order to improve the mechanical property of cutting in the section of internal groove on the high temperature alloy GH4169 U type seal ring, the following research has been carried out.Study on the process of cutting in the section of internal groove on the high temperature alloy GH4169 U type seal ring. The cutting force tests are executed, and the empirical formula of cutting force changing with cutting parameters are derived.The heat and temperature of cutting are simulated. The temperature distribution and the empirical formula of cutting temperature changing with cutting parameters are researched.The tool wear tests are executed. The wear form and the wear mechanism are analyzed.
