In order reduce the frictional resistance of crude oil produced in the pipeline flow, increase the output of crude oil, the drag reduction agent is widely used in oil transportation process. The drag reduction agent in actual use, there are some problems to be solved. At present, the mechanical degradation of drag reducing agent in the pipeline under the condition of turbulent flow, so as to gradually reduce or even lose people also need to further explore the problem of the efficiency of drag reduction. The drag reduction agent in industrial applications, in order to achieve the best drag drag reduction agent increasing transportation effect, each time through the high shear area after the need of oil pipeline additive. In order to halfway to join the DRA, need to set the agent site. This not only greatly increase the drag reduction agent, but also consume more resources, affect its economic feasibility.This paper has carried out the synthesis of drag reducer optimization analysis. Release agent used in this paper is a polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP),ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA). The analysis found that when the drag reduction agent by heating temperature is higher than 130 centigrade, the drag reduction rate significantly affected, more than 160 centigrade when the drag reduction rate dropped to almost zero.
