Cell is not only the basic composition unit of organisms, but also is the basic unit of all life activities. Therefore, in recent years scientists performed a series of scientific research about cell. With cell research as the theme, this paper carried out microRNA analysis by ligation mediated polymerase chain reaction of single cell; Through breath figure method I prepared stable micro-well film of polystyrene to analysis cell morphology; Using electro-spinning technology I prepared non-toxic polyoxyethylene film as an irreversible high humidity sensor. The details are as follows:1. MicroRNA analysis of single cellScientists carried out a lot of studies about nucleic acid at cell average level presently. But they ignored the differences between single cell. However, this information is very important in the diagnosis and prevention of disease. At the same time, single cell as the basic activity unit of tissue metabolism, doing research on single cell not only can provide information for people to find new drug targets, but also can help us to clarify the pathogenesis. Therefore, this paper improved the method about nucleic acid, and use Ligase Polymerase Chain Reaction to realize the detection of microRNA in single cell. This method has high sensitivity, and we can operate fast, so it can be used as an effective method for nucleic acid analysis in single cell.2. Analysis of cell morphologyCell’s micro-environment in vitro affects cell morphology. When cell growing environment changed, cell will adjust its state to adapt this change. In recent years, as researches about relationship between cell and its growth environment carried out, scientists found that cell morphology analysis is very important, Therefore, researches about cell morphology developed gradually. Cell morphological analysis started with special material as cell culture’s substrate currently, thus to simulate the change of cell’s environment. And then analysis cell morphology under this situation. This paper through Breath Figure Method prepared polystyrene micro-well film, which has different surface. Then it served as basic material of cellular metabolism to analysis cell morphology. Through this method I can realize cell morphology analysis.3、Humidity detection of environmentThe technology of cell culture has been widely used in the industrial age. We can find cell culture technology used in medicine, pharmacy, biology and agriculture. Therefore, cell culture becomes the important technology in the modern industry. In cell culture process, we should provide cell environment in vitro accordance with the condition in vivo. So we can guarantee cell like its original state. About the technology of cell culture, it is important to control the humidity of cell growth environment. Therefore, in this paper, I used water soluble polyethyleneoxide as material to prepare electro-spinning film. This film as a humidity detector to achieve humidity detect about the environment.
