With the development of our country’s petrochemical industry, hazardous chemicals that involved increased substantially in both the variety and quantity, various accidents caused by hazardous chemicals is at a high level, and that has caused a lot of environmental events and even social panic. Quickly locate the source of leakage of dangerous chemicals hazardous chemicals after the accident for emergency treatment is crucial, direct impact on the accident and emergency evacuation, thereby reducing the risk of economic loss of property and reduce casualties caused by chemical accidents.This paper constructs similar to natural conditions of open Ant colony foraging trials-simulation system, using the food source material molecular diffusion to simulate the migration of source of the leak of hazardous chemicals in this n the experimental system, regarding the food molecules in chemical concentration gradient as distribution of the concentration gradient in the spatial, and experimental studies are carried out foraging ant colony to search for factors that affect the rate of foraging ants. The experiments chosen Camponotus japonicas Camponotus mitis and pachycondyla rufipes to explore the process of ants foraging law, research all kinds of factors influence the process of ants foraging. Through nearly 200 groups of experimental studies, the main findings are as follows:ant foraging time is closely related to with the distance of ants nest and the food source, the amount of food, the number of ant. The distance of nest and the food source is the main factor affecting the ants foraging time, the correlation coefficient is generally reached 0.9, and the foraging time is proportional to the distance; the amount of food by changing odor concentration distribution has some impact on the foraging time, the greater the amount of food, the corresponding concentration level increases, thereby reducing feeding time; increase in the number of ants, making foraging time is reduced within a certain range, however, individuals continued to increase will increase foraging time, that the overall effect is rendered as a V-shaped. By tracking and analyzing the trajectory of ants foraging:foraging ants have a clear direction overall selectivity, that in the case of random tendency to eliminate the pheromone, ant exhibit significant "right", more than 60 percent of the ants had opted "right" direction begin foraging. Three kinds of foraging process have shown three stages, which can be divided into: the initial stage of confusion, and the opportunity to search stage and stages of targeting. Further experiments carried out to verify the crowd:in 158 individuals tested 81% were found the "right" phenomenon, that preference from the right path to start the search.
