| Liquor blending technology is an important process in the production process of our country traditional brewing industry, the traditional artificial blending method is relatively easy to generate blending different batches of the product quality is not stable, production efficiency low problem.The controlling and monitoring of automatic control system in liquor production realized the automatic control from origin liquor storage, blending, and storage to transportation. The process improves the support capability of production, and realizes the automatic control of liquor product manufacture for liquor enterprise. Combined with the products characteristics of PLC and distilled spiritproduction technical requirements, this article presents the generalscheme, the software and hardware design method and device lectotype of the automatic control system for spiritblend. And through operation, the system was proved steady and reliable with flexible and convenient control, which promotes the production efficiency greatly. |
