| With the rapid development of biotechnology, microbial reaction control system has developed from the simple manual operation to automation and intelligence. Micro bioreactor gradually becomes the trend of the bioreactor, so it was mainly studied in this paper. Main contents are as follows:In order to monitor the temperature, pH and DO during microbial fermentation and improve its production, a micro biological control system was developed based on programmable logic controller (PLC). On the basis of researching the effect of above-mentioned parameters on microbial metabolism, the corresponding parameters control method was proposed and the hardware structure of micro bioreactor was put up. In addition, the control programs of micro bioreactor were accomplished, which the host computer programs used MCGS and the host computer programs used STEP7.The fiber optic oxygen sensor based on the principle of fluorescence quenching was designed for the purpose of measuring the dissolved oxygen concentrations during microbial fermentation. Firstly, analyze the mechanism of fluorescence quenching and determine the used fluorescent indicator. Then the oxygen sensing probe was prepared utilizing polymer embedding method and its properties were tested. In addition, we designed the detection circuit of fluorescence intensity according to the fluorescence characteristics of the oxygen sensor probe. Finally, experimental results of yeast fermentation and Escherichia coli fermentation have showed that the designed sensor’s linearity, sensitivity and repetition were superior.The intelligent control system based on Lab VIEW was researched to intelligently monitor the water activity during microbial reaction. Hardware structure of the water activity control system was firstly established. Then control programs of the system were designed by Lab VIEW based on the hardware’s working principle. The control programs function included parameter setting, water activity detection, fuzzy adaptive PID control and dynamic data display. Finally, experimental results of lipase catalyzed esterification of trimethylolpropane with fatty acids validated the effectiveness of the designed system. |
