The natural environment of human existence is complex, there are hundreds of substances, they will react with each other to form some new materials, these new substances will participate in the reaction, so the substances in the environment has been carried out with reaction, constantly updated with When any new substances from outside world enter the stable environment system, there will be a series of new react and generate some new substances. Sometimes more than one new substance, when several kinds of new substances reaction simultaneously, will produce a more complex effects. There is amount of problems to analyze the influence of the types and content of the material on the environment in the traditional analysis methods. There is a considerable amount of experiments, almost impossible to achieve. Environmental problems are brought to the attention of the people now, the research fundamental of environmental problems is the complex chemical relation. Combine impact factors and results as far as possible to the analysis the system, and we need a new analytical method to solve this class problem.The experimental design of a high-throughput method, the complex chemical relationship presents a large amount of information in the form of class arrays, then record and analyze information. We could showing millions reaction result son a single disturbance piece, on the one hand can save a lot of time and cost, in addition to observe the changing rule of the disturbance piece. The article describes production process of disturbance piece, the reaction liquid attached to the reaction apparatus, and finally through the copper solution and experiment with different concentrations of the complex solution on the feasibility of the whole way and accurately verified. The specific process and results are as follows:(1) Produce the disturbance piece. Disturbance piece in accordance with the design of fixed production is mainly the disturbance of fluid in reaction to the substrate, we selected three perturbations in the experiment, the distribution and arrangement of each are different, but there are certain rules, they are press on the substrate follow the designs printed through an inkjet printer. The reaction substrate is a reaction field throughout the experiment, need to have a stable physical and chemical properties, the printed piece is stored in a low temperature clean place.(2) Experimental set up the reaction apparatus. Experimental reactor includes four parts:spray device, reaction device, image capture recording device. On the course of reaction, the spray apparatus and the reaction solution was atomized into small droplets, sprayed onto the disturbance piece uniformly; the reaction solution and the disturbance liquid reacts, electronic balance recording the carried amount of the reaction solution; the final image acquisition record apparatus recording the results(3)Operation and analysis of experiments. We carry out the experiment about the complex solution of different concentrations of copper solution according to the overall reaction scheme, the reaction was subjected to analysis of the results, the similarity between parallel samples to verification the repeatability of experiment. The concentration gradient of the reaction solution exists a law, it is show that disturbance piece has good sensitivity. Complex solution validation disturbance piece has a broad detection range.
