Electrochemical testing and analysis is essential to both the study of battery life and metal corrosion. However, it is difficult for electrochemical workstation to conduct comprehensive testing and analysis since lack of connection between different professions. For problems above, the thesis puts forward the combination of electrochemical testing method and software analysis solution to design and develop an intelligent electrochemical data analysis system with MFC framework. The system functions are summarized as follows:(1) Real-time waveform processing, which have three methods: Savitzky-Golay Digital Smooth, Butterworth filter and error correction. Different methods could chosen by users to deal with different signals to meet their demands. Arrived signals with small error could be smoothed by Savitzky-Golay Digital Smooth method. For superposed signal and signal with high-frequency noise, Butterworth filter is chosen to obtain single-frequency signal. Signals with point of abrupt change could be modified by error correction method.(2) Waveform parameter analysis, which could analyze the signal frequency and phase difference to obtain the impedance of the signal spectrum. Though the result of comparison between different methods of estimating signal frequency and phase difference, The m_rife algorithm is chosen to estimate the frequency of signal because of its high estimation precision and strong noise residence. On the basis, the phase difference is obtained from the subtraction of two signal phase which is estimate from signal spectrum.(3) Impedance analysis, which could obtain the equivalent circuit and its parameters from impedance spectrum. The advanced electrochemical workstation instrument IVIUM has a complete data analysis system, but it need draw equivalent circuit manually. The thesis puts forward a new method which not only could estimate circuit parameters from known equivalent circuit, but also estimate the equivalent circuit and its parameters automatically from the characteristics of impedance spectra when the equivalent circuit is unknown. The data analysis technology and methods are researched, and all of the function modules are integrated in the data analysis system to make the electrochemical workstation more comprehensive and intelligent. The testing result shows that the data analysis system work with high estimation precision, and the user interface of software is simple and friendly.
