| In recent years, the outlet of beer sludge from wastewater treatment was very urgent. By traditional treatment methods such as landfill, incineration, etc., not only resources were waste, but also the environment was polluted. Beer sludge contains a lot of nutrients and basic,and it does not contain toxic and harmful substances.So it could be reused.In some industrial wastewater treatment plant, carbon source was insufficient. If the beer sludge can bu used as a carbon source, it would be able to achieve the purpose of treating wastes by wastes. Study was carried out on the preparation and application of the bio-nutrition agent for the sludge of beer sewage treatment plant.The organic matter content of beer sludge was 648 g/kg measured in experiment, the nitrogen content was 10.563 g/kg, phosphorus content wass 4.343 g/kg, and the content of heavy metals was low. So their impact was small. Beer sludge contains abundant microorganisms, and the microbial quantity was up to 7.80?108 a/g.Therefore, it was feasible to use beer sludge as raw materials for the biological nutrients.Beer sludge was dried at 70 ℃, 80 ℃, 90 ℃, 100 ℃, 110 ℃ and 120℃ by through the sludge drying comparison test. According to the sludge moisture content changing with time under different temperature conditions,the change of nutrient of sludge at different temperatures was compared.With consideration of the effect of drying time, energy consumption and the effect of the nutrient fractions, the optimum drying temperature of the sludge bio-nutrition agent was determined at 110℃.From the change of moisture content, organic matter,and form change, four aspects can be obtained.Through the sludge save and contrast test, it could be obtained that the vacuum preservation was the best preservation method according to the change of moisture content, organic matter, microbial number, and form change. When the sludge moisture content was 35%, it was conducive to the preservation of organic matter and microbial growth with no mildew. If the main purpose was to use of organic matter in sludge, the moisture content of 40% vacuum packing could be choosed with save time of up to 30 days or longer.After applying biological nutrients input into the sewage treatment plant for the production test, the effluent water quality was improved including the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen, and the microbial population and quantity were increased. In the oxidation ditch the MLSS concentration was increased, and it could maintain at 3000 mg/L ~ 3500 mg/L. After stopping dosing, the MLSS concentration was reduced to less than 3000 mg/L. Compared with flour, Dosing of biological nutrients,on the one hand, saved the carbon source input costs, on the other hand, was more advantageous to the remove of COD and ammonia nitrogen.To sum up, it was feasible to utilizing beer sludge through preparation of biological nutrients. It could make full use of the carbon source, nitrogen, phosphorus nutrition elements and microbial flora in beer sludge. It could supplement the shortage of carbon sources in industrial wastewater treatment plant, saving operating cost, shortening the culture time of engineering debug. The efficiency of engineering was improved. Preparation of biological nutrient by beer sludge could solve the problem of sludge outlet, and it also could produce economic benefit. So,it is worthy of application and promotion. |
