In recent years, The water environment in the Xiangxi River is becoming much more serious,the river’s pollution is accelerateing and eutrophication degree is increasing. Regional phosphorus chemical pollution and the Loss of phosphorus from phosphorous slag field are the main reasons for the falling water environmental quality of Xiangxi river and the Sanxia reservoir area. In order to control the phosphorus pollution and improve the environmental quality of the whole river watershed, Hubei province took the task of "Comprehensive treatment of phosphorus pollution in reservoir watershed and research and demonstration of water bloom control " which is the second task of “The Three Gorges Projectâ€-The Water Pollution Control and Treatment of national major project.The research take the yellow phosphorus slag produce by XingFa chemical plant as the research object, use the self-made production equipment to study the factors of raw materials ratio of ingredients, melting temperature, centrifuge revolutions and feeding speed on the effect of slag wool making by phosphorus slag, analysis the composition and structure of slag wool, put forward the idea that making full use of the sensible heat of phosphorus slag in making slag wool. The conclusions as follows:(1)Based on the study of domestic producing technology and equipment of slag wool, design the miniaturization laboratory equipment for making slag wool.The equipment mainly includes: high temperature energy saving furnace, four rollers centrifuge, wool chamber, dust catcher, electronic control equipment, etc.(2)Because of relativity low Aluminum content in the phosphorus slag, propoes the using of fly ash as add material-which has a relatively high Aluminum content-to adjust the acidity coefficient in phosphorus slag. The test shows that the optimal ratio of fly ash is 10%, the MK of slag wool is 1.07, and the average diameter is less than 7μm, which can meet the relevant requirements. Under the same conditions, the slag wool with 10% fly ash is better than the slag wool made by steel slag.(3)The molten phosphorus slag fracture into fibers under the effect of surface tension, the process is affected by the viscosity of the molten material, and the viscosity will change with the temperature. The test showes that increasing the melting temperature and feeding speed can improve the temperature of the fiber forming zone, this will be good for fiber forming effect. Under the condition of optimal ratio of fly ash, the melting temperature increased from 1350℃ to 1550℃, as the slag wool production increased by 17 times, the average diameter decreased 13.22μm, and the diameter of the variance reduced 69.4%,and as the discharge time reduced from 90 s to 30 s, the slag wool production increased 4.8 times, the average diameter decreased 2.39μm, and the diameter of the variance reduced 29%.(4)Under the action of centrifugal force, the molten phosphorus slag will fly out in linears along the circumference of a circle tangent and fracture into fibers. Increase the centrifuge revolutions will be good for fiber forming effect. As the roller head revolution increased from 2700r/min to 4500r/min, the slag wool production increased 6.3 times, the average diameter decreased 16.81μm, and the diameter of the variance reduced 69.5%.(5)The discharge temperature of the molten phosphorus slag is 1350 ℃, approximate with the temperature of making slag wool. Put forward the one-step production process, make full use of the sensible heat of molten phosphorus slag, which can save about 80.5% energy consumption and provides a new way in high value-added utilization of yellow phosphorus slag, and control the pollution caused by the phosphorus slag from the source. The process will have good environmental and economic benefits. |
