In the energy and environment problem increasingly prominent today, improve the blast furnace coal injection ratio, reduce fuel ratio of blast furnace ironmaking technology progress authors, increase efficiency. Statistics 105 domestic air temperature < 1100 ℃ of blast furnace fuel than the average level of 579.65 kg/tFe, average coal ratio 138.2 kg/tFe, blast temperature under 1050 ℃ average 45 blast furnace fuel ratio of 591.76 kg/tFe, high fuel consumption with high cost and high emissions.Laiwu branch in iron 2 # blast furnace hot blast stove was completed in 1993 and its building structure for the internal combustion hot blast stove. To overcome the objective situation of insufficient wind temperature, keep the high coal ratio level, inhibit wind temperature decline trend, in order to reduce the fuel consumption in blast furnace, not only can reduce coke load, also can bring huge economic benefits and social benefits, has a positive role in energy conservation and emissions reduction, environmental protection is of great significance.
