The Strategic Research On The Depth Development Of Angang Metallurgical Slag Development Company

By reading the related information of the development and application of metallurgical slag at home and abroad, the author has studied the problem and the existing shortage in the process of metallurgical slag depth development of Anshan iron and steel slag development company, and put forward improvement suggestion. Meanwhile, the company has strengthened the construction of product technology research and development system, speed up the development of metallurgical slag in cutting-edge technologies and new products.In the production process of iron and steel industry, the metallurgical slag as solid waste has become great difficulty while recycling. The steel slag is one of the worst utilized staple solid waste of the iron and steel enterprises, in addition to extract some metallic iron, most part have not been used efficiently. Nearly 100 million tons of annual output of steel slag in China, and its comprehensive utilization rate was 22%, compared with nearly 100% of steel slag utilization according to the western developed countries, the development of the space is very large.Targeting at people are not deeply understand the depth development of metallurgical slag and the uncertainty of new things to change the traditional concept. This article has studied from the process equipment and technology research, product and application discussion, By analysing the case come to the conclusion that metallurgical slag depth development is the key to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and so as to realize the metallurgical manufacturing large cycle, expand the building materials industry circular economy industrial chain, build industrial production- slag- building materials resources sustainable utilization, truly achieve "zero discharge" of the value of metallurgical slag.
